Shocker

I know...you better be sitting...I am posting!!! It has been almost 4 months...you would think that we lead a boring life...more like a hectic life. You know, I thought that once the kids could do things for themselves, life would get easier...WRONG!
So much as happened since I last posted, so I will start with the most recent:
Yesterday, I was to report for Federal Jury duty in Little Rock at 8am, meanwhile, I needed to drop off Drummer Boy at church by 7:30am to get a ride to their Boy Scout week-long camp. Well, even though it would have been my first time on jury duty, I was hoping that they wouldn't need me...I called the 1-800 number Sunday night as instructed for any changes, and sure enough, the trial had been cancelled and I was excused until further notice. I was able to see Drummer Boy off on his adventure.
Speaking of adventure, last week was our Girls Camp...Movie Girl's first, she had a great time! We are keeping the Boone and their extended family in our prayers, as Sis. Boone, the grandmother of 5 of our Young Women passed away on the first morning of camp. It was a very emotional week with this news, and knowing that I was going to be released as our YW President on Sunday, after serving for more than 3 years. Then I was asked to talk in Sacrament Meeting, too. I was such a mess!
