Grocery Prices

This last year I created a spreadsheet to keep track of the prices of what I buy at our local store...everything from almonds to ziplock bags. It took a little time to create and I started by using my receipts and added to the list as the year went on. It has helped to compare prices at other stores and most stores have their ads online now...then there's price matching on same items so I saved gas by doing homework online before venturing out. My goal this year is to use coupons on the national brand items we like.
