36. Have a scar on ring finger of right hand from an 18 foot Burmese Python
37. Have scars all over hands from cuts and burn – occupational hazard of being a food service professional
38. Served a mission in Sao Paulo, Brazil – fluent in Portuguese
39. Went to Jericho Road’s first concert in St. George, beginning of their first tour – I bought enough tickets for the entire youth group of our Ward
40. Love planting a garden, but don’t eat many vegetables
41. Love fresh corn from the garden
42. Have mild spring-time allergies – OTC drugs is enough to do the trick
43. Sang in choir last semester of senior year of high school – did it to get out of an accounting class; should have taken the accounting class; still can’t balance the checkbook very well without the computer
44. Was an All-State percussionist in high school
45. Wore the same black, Hawaiian-style shirt for 8 auditions over 5 years (5 All Region, and 3 All State) since Jr. High School and made it every time – that was my lucky shirt; couldn’t go to an audition without my lucky shirt
46. Love watching all kinds of movies – family, drama, suspense, thrillers, romance, action – don’t like horror and avoid it
47. Used to be an excellent speller, until my mission – Portuguese ruined my spelling and I never got it back
48. Love to write – might write a book someday

50. I am multi-lingual – English, Portuguese, a little Spanish, even less sign language, and even less, still, Chinese

87. Too shy to even answer roll-call first year of kindergarten; opened up (opened way up) after playing the part of Frosty the Snowman in the kindergarten Christmas production

89. Dated a lot in high school and college, but never more than one girl at a time – was always attached and devoted
90. Love listening to all kinds of music, except country – although I have gained a recent appreciation for some slow cross-over country

92. Played with Arkansas Symphony as Auxiliary Percussion and Timpanist
93. Sang with Southern Utah Heritage Choir – baritone/bass
94. Coordinated first American Culinary Federation Certification Practical Exam in the state of Arkansas
95. Serve as American Culinary Federation – Central Arkansas Chapter Certification Chairman
96. Get bored with same food very fast – I could never eat the same menu all day every day; I have to have variety
97. Consider myself spontaneous and spur-of-the-moment, sometimes gets me into trouble
98. Was a manager for Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Utah, opening 4 locations: American Fork, Midvale, St. George, Cedar City; left Enterprise when asked to open Park City in order to open my restaurant
99. Hate to fish – would rather be in the water swimming with the fish that sitting on the water looking at it
